Beautiful, stone clad countryhouse villa, situated in the attractive La Font area, near Pollensa old town and the beaches nearby. The house is ideal for family holidays with its lovely outdoor areas, large garden and private swimming-pool. The table tennis is also popular! Inside, the villa is typically Majorcan with its wooden ceiling beams, cool floor tiling and stone details and there is a homely feel throughout. The lounge and dining area are spacious, with comfortable seating and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage area. There are two twin bedrooms downstairs, both with fitted wardrobes and sharing a bathroom. The main double bedroom is upstairs and has an en suite bathroom and dressing room. There is also a seating area upstairs, ideal for relaxing reading hours. The house is fully air-conditioned and the units are on a timer, folloing the local energy savings recommendations.
Outside, there are different seating areas and nice corners to choose from; the dining area on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden and the chill-out furniture on the other side. A well kept grass lawn surrounds the pool and there are comfortable sun loungers by the pool.
